• You need to order a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your delivery.
• All grocery and incidental items have to be trucked into the Yucatan Peninsula since there are no farms or manufacturing plants here. Therefore not all items are always available, especially for the fruits and vegetables. We will do our best to fill your order, but if we cannot find an item or it is not fresh enough we will not purchase it or charge you for it.
• Not all brand names are available all the time. If they are not on the shelf at the time of your order we will substitute with an equivalent brand that we know of equal or higher value. If you do not want substitutions please indicate so in the order notes at check-out.
• Not all photos pictured are of the actual product but are a representation and may change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Any Catering order canceled up to 48 hours before delivery will result in a 10% admin fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will have no refund for perishable items. Choose option (1) keep entire order (2) keep only perishables; to be delivered to your hotel at an arranged time. For trips booked on the ocean that are cancelled by the tour provider and can’t be rescheduled, we will refund the non-perishables only. Cancellations by you the day of = NO Refund!
